Who I Am

I’m Tatiana, the owner and operator of Tatiana Marie Photography, a woman owned small business based in Duluth, Minnesota. When you book with me, you’re working directly with one person who handles every part of the process, from planning and shooting to editing and delivery.

I started my business in 2019 and photographed my first home in 2020. Over the years, I’ve built a business rooted in consistency, communication, and attention to detail.

I specialize in real estate photography, vacation rental photography, new construction, headshots, branding photos, and senior portraits. I work with a wide range of clients, from homeowners and small business owners to Realtors, builders, and Airbnb hosts. Headshots are offered in my studio just four minutes from the Miller Hill Mall or on location, while all other sessions are photographed on site throughout Duluth and the surrounding areas.

I’ve photographed over 900 homes, giving me the experience to handle a wide range of spaces, lighting situations, and client needs with confidence.

My style is bright, colorful, and timeless. When I’m not behind the camera, I enjoy being outdoors, camping with my husband, walking with our Pomeranian, biking, cooking, baking sourdough, reading, traveling, and supporting local shops and restaurants whenever I can.

What I Offer

Tatiana Marie Photography offers professional photography services for real estate listings, vacation rentals, new construction, branding sessions, headshots, and senior portraits. Whether you’re a Realtor, builder, Airbnb host, small business owner, or senior getting ready for graduation, my goal is always the same: clean, high quality images that help you stand out and feel confident sharing them.

Since starting my business in 2019 and photographing my first home in 2020, I’ve photographed over 900 properties. Over the years, I’ve refined my process and style to create consistently strong results while keeping the experience simple and stress free for my clients.

For real estate and vacation rentals, I offer interior and exterior photography, drone photography, virtual twilight, floor plans, 3D videos, Matterport tours, and virtual staging. I’m Part 107 FAA certified, fully insured, and licensed and registered with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, so every shoot is handled safely and professionally.

Branding sessions are more collaborative and creative, designed to visually tell your story through intentional imagery. These are longer, customized shoots where we plan together to bring your vision to life.

Sessions are officially booked once you receive a booking confirmation email from me.
