Real estate photography (a home being listed for sale) and vacation rental, rental property, and commercial photography vary in price. For pricing information, hover over the Pricing & FAQ tab at the top of the page and select the appropriate category from the drop-down menu.
Why Pricing Varies: Real estate photography is typically licensed for one-time use for a single listing. Images cannot be transferred to another individual (Realtor, buyer, seller, etc.). Vacation rental, rental property, and commercial photography is intended for long-term use, requires more time, and includes a larger gallery of images. Pricing reflects the extended usage, additional photos, and extra time involved.
